Danna Takako was born in Chicago, raised by London, hardened by New York, and shaped by her current home, Los Angeles.
After heading up creative marketing/press at the legendary Fabric in London from '04-10 (looking after 600+ events and over 70 albums in that time), Danna's worked across NYC and LA as a creative director, writer, curator and consultant. Her projects are vast and dynamic, ranging from deep underground to the upper echelons of pop culture. Yet her work remains cohesive, all tied together through an intuitive love of storytelling.
Additionally, Danna is a core part of Fre3fall, a US-based art collective that conceptualizes 360-degree visual design for music festivals, artists and international brands (including large-scale installations, performance art and stage/tour designs). She also frequently produces conceptual events in Los Angeles alongside likeminded LA visionaries such as DJ Smiles Davis and Dante Fried Chicken.
